The purpose of the club is to create a guitar ensemble that will study, interpret and present different genres. Moreover, among other things , the club aims to encourage the participation of guitarists of all ages, it hopes to contribute to the overall development of the local music education, it wishes to work with other musicians, choirs, etc. In addition, it is possible to organize educational trips for concerts and other artistic performances.
History
In furtherance of the above objectives, the club is open to collaborations with associations (such as cultural associations, municipalities, organizations, schools, universities etc.) and with everyone who is willing to contribute, individually or collectively, in this direction.
Anyone who agrees with the statutes can become a member, without the requirement to be a musician. Contrary to this, anyone can participate in the ensemble with only having at least the basic studies of classical guitar. In this sense, all guitarists are welcome to participate in the Ensemble, without age limit and no cost.
